Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Available options may vary depending on your location, device, payment provider, and eligibility.
Please review the payment options shown at checkout before completing your order.
If PayPal or another separately operated payment service is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.
Billing Currency
All product prices, order totals, payments, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD/$).
Your financial institution may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees if your payment method is issued outside the United States. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not charged by Bargainbuys LLC.
Pricing and Order Total
Product prices are displayed on each product page.
Before submitting payment, checkout will display:
- The selected products.
- Product quantities and options.
- Applicable taxes, if any.
- Shipping charges, if any.
- Discounts applied to the order.
- The final order total.
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. Any applicable cost will be clearly displayed before payment is submitted.
You will not be charged more than the final order total displayed and authorized during checkout.
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge your payment method for the final order total.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
An order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. If payment cannot be authorized, the order may not be completed or processed.
Secure Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment infrastructure and authorized third-party payment networks.
Bargainbuys LLC does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its servers.
Customers should never send complete card details through email, the contact form, or other unsecured communication methods.
Failed or Declined Payments
A payment may be declined because of:
- Incorrect billing or card information.
- Insufficient funds or account limits.
- An expired payment method.
- A billing-address mismatch.
- Security controls applied by the bank or payment provider.
- A temporary payment-provider error.
If your payment is declined, confirm that your billing information is correct or contact your bank or payment provider. You may also try another payment method displayed during checkout.
Bargainbuys LLC cannot override a payment decision made by your bank or payment provider.
Pending Payment Authorizations
In some cases, your bank may display a payment as pending before the order is fully confirmed.
Pending authorization times are controlled by the bank or payment provider. If an order is not completed, the bank will normally remove the pending authorization according to its own processing timeframe.
A pending authorization does not necessarily mean that multiple completed payments have been collected.
Order Confirmation
After a successful order submission, an order-confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you notice incorrect billing, contact, product, or delivery information.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting our support team.
Payment Corrections and Order Cancellations
If you need to correct an order or request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@bargainbuysllc.shop.
Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Approved order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.
After a refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.

Payment Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information during checkout.
Providing false, incomplete, or unauthorized payment information may result in the order being delayed or cancelled.
Privacy

Payment details may be shared with Shopify Payments, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, and other service providers when necessary to authorize and process a transaction.
